Full Property Search & Acquisition
£1,250 commencement
+ 1.25% success fee
No minimum success fee. The £1,250 commencement fee is non-refundable and additional to the success fee. Ordinary travel within the agreed search area is included.
Specialist fees and any exceptional travel are quoted or agreed separately before they are incurred.

£950 commencement + one month's agreed rent on success
Full tenant-side search and representation for residential rentals. Temporary and short-stay searches are also available where appropriate at £495 commencement plus 5% of the agreed accommodation cost on success.

Our job is to represent the buyer or prospective tenant — including telling you when a property deserves more questions, more investigation or simply walking away. We do not act for sellers or landlords.
