A listing is designed to attract attention, not answer every question a buyer should ask. We review the marketed information, available public information and the property against your brief before you commit to travelling, offering or spending more money on the acquisition.

What we look for

The review considers the way the property fits the brief, its location context, the consistency of the information being presented and any obvious questions that should be raised before or during a viewing. Where useful, we also identify matters that may justify deeper research or specialist input.

What you receive

A concise written review highlighting apparent strengths, potential concerns, questions to raise and the points that deserve further investigation. It is particularly useful for long-distance searches, unusual property or a shortlist where several listings need comparing before travel is worthwhile.

When further expertise is needed

This is a practical property review, not a valuation or survey. Where a question needs specialist judgement, we flag the issue so you can take it to the appropriate professional.
