Search & acquisition

A property search built around your brief — and your interests.

We represent the buyer, not the seller. That changes the questions we ask, the properties we reject and the way we negotiate.

From the first shortlist to completion, the decision remains yours. Our role is to make it better informed and better managed.

Full search

From brief to keys.

We establish the brief, search the market, make targeted agent and network enquiries, shortlist, research, attend or coordinate viewings, compare options, negotiate and help keep the acquisition moving.

  3. 03Interrogate

Buyer-side means buyer-side

We do not sell you a property.

Our job is to help you make a better buying decision — including telling you when we think a property deserves more questions, more investigation or simply walking away.

Where technical investigation is needed, we coordinate appropriately qualified specialists and keep their findings connected to the wider buying decision.
