Once the destination property is known, the practical move can generate another list of suppliers, dates, access arrangements and decisions. We create a move plan and coordinate the agreed strands so you do not have to carry every practical action yourself.

What we can coordinate

Depending on the move, that may include removals or storage quotations, access and key arrangements, cleaning, broadband or utility appointments and other agreed move-related suppliers. You continue to choose and contract with your suppliers directly; we keep the practical strands coordinated around the timetable.

What you receive

A practical move plan, tracked actions, supplier coordination and clear visibility of what still needs to happen as moving day approaches. The service can follow either a purchase or a rental.

Fee

£995, including up to 8 hours of professional coordination over a six-week period. Additional coordination is £95 per hour and is agreed before the included time is exceeded. Physical attendance and exceptional travel are separately agreed where required.
