A complete buyer-side search from brief to acquisition.
From brief to completion
We establish the brief, search marketed opportunities, make targeted agent and network enquiries, research and shortlist properties, coordinate or attend viewings, compare options, negotiate and help keep the acquisition moving.
Fee
£1,250 retainer plus 1.25% of the completed purchase price, subject to a £6,000 minimum total fee. The retainer is credited against the success fee if a purchase completes.
Independent professional advice
Solicitors, surveyors, engineers, lenders and other professionals remain responsible for their own advice. We coordinate rather than replace them.
