Within the agreed scope, we can coordinate meetings and actions, attend the property when useful, document progress, maintain action lists, liaise with contractors and specialists, surface unanswered practical questions and report back to you. The level of involvement is shaped around the project rather than forcing every instruction into the same package.

The right expertise around the project

Fee
From £1,500 per month, depending on involvement, geography and project complexity. Travel terms are agreed as part of the project scope.
