An informed pair of eyes at the property when you cannot attend yourself — or want an independent first look before travelling.
A viewing on your behalf
When distance, work or timing makes it difficult to attend, we can view the property against an agreed practical brief and give you a first-hand account. The service is also useful when you want an independent first look before committing to a long journey yourself.
What happens at the viewing
We focus on the things agreed with you beforehand: how the property presents in person, layout and usability, obvious condition points, setting, access, surroundings, information provided by the agent and the questions that arise while we are there.
What you receive
A structured visual and factual report, with photographs or video where appropriate, covering the agreed points and highlighting anything that deserves clarification or further investigation. The aim is to help you decide whether to progress, travel to see it yourself or remove it from the shortlist.
Where specialist inspection is needed
Our report records what was practically observable. Surveying, valuation and technical judgement remain matters for the appropriate specialist where required.
Fee
£295 for the first property. Additional properties on the same trip are £175 each. Mileage is charged at 60p per mile from mile one, plus parking, tolls, ferries and similar unavoidable costs at cost.
